Iron tower - Kozákov [ Look-out tower ]
The idea of building a look-out tower on Kozákov dates to the early 20th century, when it was meant as a monument to one of Semily´s most famous sons, František Ladislav Rieger; instead, however, the Rieger chalet was built here in 1928, and a Kozákov had to wail for a tower until 1995.
The observation paltform now open to tourists is part of a 48 m high telecommunications tower.
